He answered all our questions and concerns, unlike a previous roofer we foolishly hired in the past. Two days prior to the job, Victory called us with updates, delivery times and reassurance. The work crew came Friday on time and did the whole job within one day. Swept the area for nails every hour and Our house is directly on **************** 1 & 9. We have no driveway and vehicles cannot park on the sidewalk or roadway in front of our house. We explained this concern to other contractors who refused to help us. The Victory team took the job and dealt with the parking issue. Wonderfully resolute, excellent workforce, first-rate quality and strong customer service. Hire these people!
