My favorite part is having Anthony Toresco come to my home personally after the install (as a Quality Commitment Manager) to make sure everything went perfectly. We decided to go with Victory and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. From the knock on the door, Ryan, to the final inspection after completion, the service was impeccable. Chris was remarkable and he took his time walking us through the entire project and provided us with valuable information regarding our siding, roof, windows and gutters. He walked us through our house, essentially doing a home inspection and pointing out what work was needed and how to maintain your home. It was not as sales pitch. Constantly saying that the work was not needed from them, but to make sure to that we chose a company that can handle the required revisions. The experience was great during the process. Nick the project manager made sure that I was well informed of work needed and any potential changes to the initial plan. The workers were also very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Before the job started the foreman gave me his cell in case any questions if he had to step away, plus the project manager gave me his. That's high quality support. Had them do my roof, leaders and gutters and some windows. The workman ship was perfect, super careful about cleaning up They were more expensive than others, but for the few extra dollars I have complete piece of mind that the work was done right with the highest quality material and worksmanship plus they have an amazing warranty and don't require a downpayment (which in itself is amazing). Excellence all around

The salesman Lawrence was very nice and helpful. He gave a thorough explanation of their products and what their process will be. We got our trim/soffit, gutters and downspouts replaced and it has made the house look 10x's better. The trim/soffit was installed in one day, as well as the gutters and downspouts the next. Very nice installation crews, they left no trash or debris anywhere. The company also mailed us a jar of chocolate chip cookies as a "thank you" for using their business. Would recommend to anyone, and will be using them in the future for replacement windows!

Victory Home Remodeling replaced 5 double hung windows in my house. Quality of windows is fantastic. They eliminate a lot of sound and are easy to clean. Job was done in one day. Installers were efficient and meticulous. They cleaned up everything and took my old windows away. The windows look great. Recommend Victory overall in the end. Bernardo and his crew went above and beyond. His team did a 2nd story and a partial 3rd story sidings/fascia/ and freeze boards. Another crew did the windows and they were fast and effective. Overall product and labor is a 11 out of 10. Victory's interlocking windows and insulated siding are the latest in its technology. Only issue was the presentation of sales could have been better. Sales team had to come back and correct the missing material to the contract. Please talk to a pre installer rather than a sales person or someone who knows about siding/ windows/ roofing. Overall I'm satisfied. 50.year guarantee (transferrable to the next owner), and flexible financing are unbeatable.

This project started w/ my husband & I wanting to change out 3 windows. THREE. We'd gone thru the whole spiel w/ Anderson who wanted to swap out all our windows for an obscene fee. That was NOT what we wanted. After submitting an Angi request, Victory reached out. We set up an appt where they showed us the quality of their windows & also pointed out the poor condition of ours. We were immediately impressed. I'm talking energy efficient, virgin vinyl, break in resistant & MORE. We were sold but concerned about being appvd for financing. Kyle was able to find us a lender at a decent rate. He assured us the job wld go smoothly. Truthfully we were dreading the actual install because of the mess. Kyle assured us again that everything wld go smoothly. Install day arrived. We were told prior that it'd be an all day project. Understandable for 18 windows. A team of 4 arrived at 8:30, got right to work & were done by 3pm! And when I say done, I mean installed AND cleaned up. They thoroughly vacuumed the areas they were working in. I couldn't believe it. Now our windows are beautiful! No more mold. No more decay. No more stuck locks. What a total upgrade! I've never experienced such good service. We're looking fwd to finally being able to open our windows safely AND saving $ on heating & cooling. Money well spent! I highly recommend Victory Homes.

I had 18 windows installed in June. They completed the job within a business day and cleaned up very well. They were able to put back my window guards which helped with my home insurance discounts.
